A stakeholder analysis determines goals, motives, and attitudes of people or organizations that are directly or indirectly affected by activities of a company or have an interest in these activities.

    Stakeholder
    List of stakeholders. Stakeholders are all persons or organizations involved with or affected by the activities of the company. This list is identical to the project's list of team members. So stakeholders can also appear as members of the extended team.

    Stakeholder Analysis
    For each stakeholder, enter the level of involvement and the level of influence to the project. The potential impact is calculated from these two properties. Optinally note down the stakeholder's main concerns.

    Communication Matrix
    First define the columns of this table by adding all dates and milestones of the project that may be of interest for one of the stakeholders, e.g. Kickoff-Meetings, Continuous Reports, Gate Reviews, etc. Then set a checkmark whereever a stakeholder is affected by a date/milestone or has to be informed.
