Project Charter
Project Charter, Project Metrics (CTQ)
DMADV Project
Project template for starting a DMADV project. Contains a project charter and a folder structure for all 5 phases of the DMADV cycle.
DMAIC Project
Project template for starting a DMAIC project. Contains a project charter and a folder structure for all 5 phases of the DMAIC cycle.
IDOV Project
Project template for starting a IDOV project. Contains a project charter and a folder structure for all 4 phases of the IDOV cycle.
SIPOC
Standard SIPOC (Supplier-Input-Process-Output-Customer) map.
RACI / RASIC
RACI matrix (Responsible-Accountable-Consulted-Informed)
GANTT
GANTT / PERT worksheets. Activities are synchronized with the built-in Task Bar.
Stakeholder Analysis
Stakeholder Analysis and Stakeholder Communication Plan.
Boundary Diagram
The implementation of the Boundary Diagram is more than just drawing the cards on screen. All components are stored in the *Design Elements* tree. This tree is re-used by many other modules. This avoids the need of editing the system structure more than once.
Voice of Customer Tree
Derive technical specifications from customer requirements
Mind Map
Qualica does not have an exact graphical representation of the Fishbone-Diagram. Instead it uses a classical Mind Map to collect the influences. The Mind Map offers a better integration into the QFD methodology and thus avoids redundancies.
Net Present Value
Net Present Value calculation sheet for design projects.
Work Breakdown Structure
WBS for tasks. Helps to track task status and completion rate.
Risk Register
Project Risk Management. List of key project risks, countermeasures and responsibilities. Intended to be maintained by te project leader and updated on a regular (weekly/monthly) basis.
Functional Requirements / CTQ Tree
The functional requirements tree combines product functions with critical-to-quality characteristics (CTQs).
SWOT
SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project or business. It involves identifying the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieving that objective.
PEST
PEST analysis stands for "Political, Economic, Social, and Technological analysis" and describes a framework of macro-environmental factors used for environmental scanning of strategic management. PEST assesses a market, including competitors, from the standpoint of a particular proposition or a business. Factors identified in PEST analysis are often classified into opportunities and threats for SWOT analysis.
Porter's Five Forces
"Porter's five forces" is a framework for the industry analysis and business strategy development developed by Michael E. Porter of Harvard Business School. It identifies five forces that determine the competitive intensity and attractiveness of a market position.
Multi Generation Plan
Multi Generation Plan of product/project generations (columns) and categories of criteria (rows). Helps defining a step by step approach in early project phases (e.g. IDOV Identify / DMAIC, DMADV Define).
