Use this worksheet to create and edit the list of customer requirements (VOC). It is also possible to continue with creating the whole QFD cascade VOC > CTQs > Design Elements.
New elements can be created via the Start.Insert menu. The menu also provides buttons to add elements from the next level in the QFD cascade, according to the currently selected item.
Use Return to insert a new item below an existing one. A new sub-element can be created using Ctrl+Return.
