The Sales Argumentation is an add-on to ctq benchmarking. Before adding this component, please use either QFD House of Quality or CTQ Benchmarking in your project.

How to insert the component

The template can be used to start new projects or to extend existing projects. Please read chapter "The Templates" to learn more about how to start new projects.

In order to extend your project:

    Activate the Home Ribbon Home Ribbon

    Click the Add Tool button on the Home ribbon
  3. 3
    Click the icon in the template catalog

In order to find the component within the template catalog, you have to choose a cycle name on the first line of the screen and a phase name at the left of the screen. The component is located in this cycle/phase combinations:



    The Sales Pitch (CTQ) Worksheet

    The worksheet shows strengths and weaknesses of the current product and the targeted new product in a chart.

    All data is taken from the CTQ Benchmarking table. Weaknesses and strengths are computed in relation to a main competitor. The main competitor is always the first one in the benchmarking table. If you want to change the main competitor, change the order of competitors in the benchmarking table.
