Getting Started  

Tree

• Shift-Enter inserts a new item
• Ctrl-Enter inserts a new sub item
• Tab moves the selection down one level in hierarchy
• Shift-Tab moves the selection up one level in hierarchy

Drag and drop within the same tree

• Simple Drag and drop moves the item
• Shift -Drag and drop inserts a shallow copy of the item
• Ctrl -Drag and drop inserts a copy of the item

Drag and drop to a different tree

• Simple Drag and drop creates a shallow copy of the item
• Shift -Drag and drop moves the item
• Ctrl -Drag and drop inserts a copy of the item

Dragging with the left mouse button pressed in tables and matrices:

• Clicking a cell and dragging the mouse extends the selection (note: this will only work for matrix or table ranges, not in trees)
• Clicking the border of the selection and dragging the mouse copies the selection.

Editing cell values

• F2 switches to/from text edit mode for a selected cell
• F8 opes the comment editor window
• F9 toggles the knowledge status
• Enter moves to the next cell

Recalculation

• F5 starts recalculation
• Shift-F5 starts recalculation of all formulas and queries in a project
• Ctrl-F5 starts recalculation of the selected item
• Alt-F5 starts recalculation of the active worksheet
