Qualica has been designed to support its use with a projector or interactive whiteboard in team meetings.

Presentation Mode

Presentation Mode maximizes the screen space available. The active worksheet is maximized and all tool windows disappear. Editing is possible like in User Mode.

Side-by-Side Matrix Editor

The Side-By-Side View provides an all-in-one view for matrix editing. It shows all information needed, including a triggering question for filling the matrix and comments on all items

Auto Filters

Auto Filters help to quickly and conveniently reduce worksheets to show relevant information. You can filter data based on what you want to see or what you do not want to see. For example, you can easily hide empty rows or columns from a table, or hide columns where all values are identical. When selecting an entire table or matrix Auto Filters can be set to hide rows or columns not of interest. Examples may include empty columns or columns where all values are identical.

Conditional Formatting

Conditional Formatting helps to quickly highlight relevant items.

Color Gradient Sets a color gradient based on numerical values in the selected region.
Highlight Cells Highlights cells meeting specified conditions.
Highlight Top / Bottom Highlights largest and smallest numbers.
Highlight Outliers Highlights statistically improbable values.

Using Qualica on Interactive Whiteboards

When using interactive whiteboard as well as projectors it often is difficult for participants of a meeting to view the lower end of the display area.

You can move the ribbon to the lower end of the screen to utilize the upper area for showing worksheet contents. This also makes commands more accessible when working on interactive whiteboards.
