Qualica technical support is provided by engineers educated both in the use Qualica and the tools and methodology supported.

Tech Support representatives will typically be available 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central European Time. If you would like us to return a call please drop us an email or voicemail with your name, phone number, and preferred time. From the American continent Qualica Tech Support will typically be available in the morning until 12:00 PM EST. From Asia Tech Support will typically be available in the afternoon from 2:30 PM China time.

Option Support Contract Free Support
Technical Support Priority technical support for the period of 12 months. You can be assured of a timely and accurate answer to your support inquiry. We will call you back or schedule Webex sessions if needed. Full technical support for for 30 days after purchase. After this period we will handle free support requests on a available basis.
Support Channels Phone, Email, Phone Callback, Webex Phone or Email
Software Updates Full access to all updates, templates and supporting documents made available for the period of 12 months Minor (bugfix) releases only.
